I buy flowers here every week. Shelia, Nina, Mimi, and Rae are wonderful! Quality is outstanding. When I moved to town I tried out numerous florists and quickly chose them because they were the friendliest and let me know they valued my business.

After my flower order to Oakwood Florist was hijacked by a florist in California and then canceled just one day before the funeral of my favorite Aunt- Oakwood Florist called me and was able to put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered them in time for my Aunt’s funeral! My advice to anyone who needs to have flowers arranged and delivered within a specific time - call Oakwood Florist in Oakwood, Ohio. (Dayton, Ohio) DIRECTLY!

A small locally owned business located in the heart of Oakwood will provide your wedding day with more beauty than you even imagined. Mimi and her team helped create an idea I saw on pinterest & turned it into reality with pocket boutonnieres for all the groomsmen. They were easy to place in pockets and stayed in pace well throughout the evening! Bouquets were absolutely breathtaking; easy to carry and lasted for days in vases post wedding. Flower delivery to the baker, reception hall & church was very prompt, Mimi coordinated well with my baker to ensure we had beautiful, fresh flowers to be placed on the wedding cake! I even entrusted the team with my irreplaceable rosary. I dropped it off at the shop days before the wedding and it was well cared for and remained safe and secure on my bouquet throughout the entire day. Absolutely we give the owner and the team Oakwood Florist a 10/10!

Ive been by here a few times and their flowers are great and they are always so sweet. I think their prices are very reasonable especially for single flowers. I was worried because of the low ratings, but they've been solid. I'd say give them a shot.
